Pharma, Real estate, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing etc. on a wide array of issues ranging from entry exit strategies, tax holiday claims, litigation and representation before tax authorities, tax planning, exchange control regulations, corporate laws etc.
Vivek Gupta(Founder Partner)
Vivek is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He was formerly an Associate Director with PwC and has close to 10 years of experience in domestic and international taxation, advisory, and compliance. He has serviced clients in various sectors viz. Aviation, IT & ITeS, E-commerce, etc. on a wide array of issues ranging from domestic & treaty taxation, corporate restructuring, litigation, exchange control regulations, corporate laws, etc.
